Beaune 1er Cru 2017

AMI is a project between friends Paul Marchand-Perarnau sand Willy Roulendes. Working in their own unique and minimal style, Paul and Willy craft pure and lively wines from the Maranges valley, in the south of the Côte de Beaune. Their 2017 Beaune 1er cru is comprised of late-harvested fruit from the Champs Pimont vineyard. Whole bunch maceration for 10-15 days, pressed and then aged for one year in old barrels. Ripe and intense red fruits with a sultry undertone. Beautifully balanced with a natural touch.
