Syrah, Serine and Viognier blend from old vines dating back to 1896 on terraces of granite and gneiss. The barrel is filled with co2 during the maceration, and interrupted several times during the fermentation to prevent reduction. Aged in old barrels for 24 months with minimum sulphur in bottling. A unique wine, pure and stylistic.
