From Stéphanes vineyard in Arbois, this is a delicious blend of Trousseau, Poulsard, and Pinot Noir co-fermented in 2000 litre foudres. The palate is light on its feet, with lush flavours of raspberry, bright, ripe cherry and hints of spice. Serve slightly chilled.
