"This month, I'm loving the reds of Dani Landi, Voltumna and Andrea Calek. I've also popped in a near-perfect Chardonnay from Tissot, a stunning Xarel-Lo from Clos Lentiscus and one of my favourite wines of the moment; Yeah! from Ad Vinum. Enjoy!"

Included in the mixed case:
1 x Dani Landi Viticultor
Las Uvas de la Ira 2018
Old-vine Garnacha sourced from four different sites near the village of El Real de San Vicente. True to Dani’s style, this is miles away from the typical concentrated style many people associate with the grape. Rather, it is lifted and elegant, with savoury yet fresh red fruit, spice, and dry, chalky tannins. An ambitious yet equally lovely wine from a very promising young winemaker.
1 x Giulia Negri
Pian delle Mole Langhe Nebbiolo 2016
Giulia Negri is a sprightly upcoming winemaker in the Piemonte region. Her Nebbiolo from the Langhe DOC is a cracking example of great valued authentic wines. Wild cherries and red fruits, bouncy acids and soft fine tannins make for one of our favourite wines under 20 euros. A modern classic!
1 x Andrea Calek
An electric blend of Syrah and Grenache from Czech born, natural winemaker Andréa Calek. Spontaneous fermentation and no added sulphites. Babiole is a wholesome, earthy wine that brims with excitement until the very last drop.
1 x Stéphane & Bénédicte Tissot
Chardonnay Patchwork 2019
Chardonnay picked from various clay and limestone parcels in Tissot's estate. Stéphane raises the cuvée for 12 months in both neutral and new oak barrels, which are topped up to give a fresher, more Burgundian style. A very complex wine from one of the Jura's best producers. Decant for some time to let develop.
1 x Clos Lentiscus
Perill Blanc 2018
A beautiful Xarel-from 80-year-old vines planted on the Garraf Mountains in Catalunya. Fantastic minerality and density owing to the extended ageing on the less. Complex and with great length. Decant before drinking.
1 x Ad Vinum
A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah from 35-year-old vines planted over sand and clay in Vallabrix. Half the Sauvignon is given a direct press, while the remainder macerates in the juice for five days. Just before pressing, a direct press of Syrah is added. The result is a textural, perfumed rosé that screams summer.
