An extremely limited 7-year aged ginjo sake from the flagship Okushika-line of West Japan's top brewery Akishika.
The Okushika is Oku-san’s signature Sake and is truly one of the greatest sakes made today. This has been aged at the brewery until its release in 2019; the start of its best drinking condition. Organic rice, slow-brew yamahai-starter, unpasteurized, unfiltered and undiluted. A full-bodied dry sake with brown sugar aroma. The taste is complex with slight woody tones and a clean delicate finish. Store dark and cool. Drink at all temperatures.
