100% Sauvignon Blanc from Sébastien Riffault of the upper Loire. Limestone vineyards planted with 50-year-old vines farmed biodynamically. Grapes are hand-picked and fermented in old barrels before being aged for 24 months in oak and 6 months in the bottle. As always, zero fining, filtration and SO2 added. Sancerre like no other!
